Are we able to finalise numbers for the BBQ, including the number of vegetarians? It would be nice to have this confirmed by, say, Wednesday 11th June so that I can arrange a shopping list.

Am seeing the JETS today, they do know the date - I'll push for some confirmations that they will be playing too!

See you all tomorrow

A little closer to the time it would good to firm up total anticipated numbers, including WAGs and kids so that I can organise the correct quantity of food and drink. Are we looking at around 30-40 adults at say ?5 per head, plus the normal collection of kids? I will also need a check on the number of Veggies or other special dietary requirements. Mine of course is just lots of lager and ice!

Presumably some of them will be playing for the JETS?
