I know that there has been some confusion as to the changes to the KCC fixture list because of the James Morrison and Sugababes concerts at Canterbury ~ so, to help out I can confirm the details as follows:
20-20 Cup
May 31 V Sussex at Canterbury not Beckenham
June 22 v Hampshire at Tunbridge Wells not Canterbury
June 28 v Surrey at Beckenham not Canterbury
The Championship game v Gloucs on June 30 is now at Beckenham and not Canterbury.
This detail was printed in the latest Kent Cricket Journal that we receive as members of the Kent Cricket Board ~ I will bring a copy for interested members to read on tour!

If it's half-term that week (and it must be mustn't it?) then I reckon the Wouldham clan might be available if the offer and price is right!

This seems like it has been fun. Is anyone off to the June match?

What a fiasco!!! I have my tickets downstairs! I feel a strongly worded email will be winging its way to Canterbury tomorrow.

Well, strongish???smiley for

Splinters you may mock a potential drive to Canterbury but it's small beer compared to your drive to South Africa for the IPL! smiley for :D

I've cancelled my Canterbury ticket :( but the June Beckenham game isn't great since it's a 2.30pm start by the looks of it.

Post 16: Posted by Colin Wouldham on Tuesday, Mar 24, 2009 at 16:07

Kent have just emailed me offering a full refund - they have changed the venues due to the Sugababes appearing at Canterbury...!

The Beckenham 20/20 game is:

Kent Spitfires v Surrey Brown Caps
28 June

Due to be played at Canterbury now KCCC Beckenham

Post 14: Posted by Colin Wouldham on Monday, Mar 23, 2009 at 15:55

Bugger - mind you Canterbury might be nearer!

Post 13: Posted by Will Bisley on Monday, Mar 23, 2009 at 15:25

Certainly does! Enjoy the drive guys!!

Post 12: Posted by Richard Page on Monday, Mar 23, 2009 at 15:07

confused now. I realise the error of my ways in the first booking fiasco - looking at the incorrect fixture. But correct me if I am wrong but the Kent website now states the game on 29 May is at Canterbury?

Post 11: Posted by Colin Wouldham on Monday, Mar 23, 2009 at 13:12

Just got my 20/20 ticket - thanks for the info Brad Matt.

Post 10: Posted by Matthew Bulpitt on Monday, Mar 23, 2009 at 12:14

I've just been on line and it seems that there are tickets??

Under the Kent v Middlesex game follow the sign that looks like a cine-film on the right.

The match above is the middlesex v Kent at Lords, which doesn't have the icon - being that you have to buy them from MCC, not Kent???

Hope this helps

Think I'll wait for IPL tickets then!! Anyone fancy going assuming we get it?

Post 8: Posted by Richard Page on Saturday, Mar 21, 2009 at 08:08

Post 7: Posted by Richard Page on Friday, Mar 20, 2009 at 17:47

Post 6: Posted by Will Bisley on Friday, Mar 20, 2009 at 13:13

Sounds good, how much are tickets?

Post 5: Posted by Peter Swain on Wednesday, Mar 18, 2009 at 13:09

Sounds good. I will see if the boys want to come along, as I may need them too to justify it to Linda.

Post 2: Posted by Andy Redman on Tuesday, Mar 17, 2009 at 17:25

Post 1: Posted by Matthew Bulpitt on Tuesday, Mar 17, 2009 at 15:27
