Thanks mate! I maybe joining you for being fined for having "old man toes" on tour, as my feet aren't in a great way after the run!!!

congratulations Will, what an achievement....
think it is fair to say that you can tick pre-season fitness off the list.......

Will - underneath where you type the message is a series of icons - if you choose the one with what looks like a little version of the Earth on it, you can just add your link.

Simples smiley for ;)

Greetings once again, just for anyone who might like to sponsor me for this Saturdays up coming race (3rd April). Please click here to go to my just giving site. 35 miles with a thigh strain and a cold, should be very interesting indeed!!!
Cheers!!

Greetings chaps, just wanted to say thanks so much to who sponsored me, really appreciate it! Had a reasonable run yesterday, and enjoyed the run until I got to the first hill at 3 miles!! I had hoped to break two hours and got round in 2 hours and 7 seconds so just missed out!!

Greatings gentle folk of Eltham! I am running in a half marathon on Saturday 9th May, and have left it a tad late to raise any money for charity!! If you feeling like parting with some of your hard earned cash, I would be very grateful!
