Thanks to Matt for organising another excellent day. Those of us who attended even got a rare glimpse of Ray 'the Duke' Scriven! The golf may not have always been up to par, but the sun was shining and the setting was stunning. I think the closest thing to a birdie may have been Colin's ball stuck in a tree!

Is this still on? I remember asking Matt in my befuddled state at the club dinner but can't remember exactly what he answered!

I will be there for a bit of gardening. Might even bring a snorkel and mask if there is lots of water.

It is a lovely place - count me in even though I could hack it to pieces.

Afraid we are away then as well.

Sounds like a good day ~ from friends, I understand that this is a lovely course to play. It is unlikely that I will be able to join you (so someone else will have to have the wooden spoon) as we usually go away during that week ~ will chat more at the game later.
